Provide a seamless customer experience in selecting, installing or operating equipment. Measure and improve the key drivers of your customer satisfaction during performance qualification, installation qualification and operation qualification.
The FoodSafetyGuardian Gateway works real-time with PLC data and is compatible with most serial communication protocols: Industrial Ethernet (IP, Profinet, ModBus TCP…) and Field Bus (ModBus RTU, Profibus-DP). Once connected, the Gateway encrypts and transfers the collected data to the cloud Service.
FoodSafetyGuardian provides connectivity to your existing models without additional research and development costs. The cloud-based platform enables better correlation of process performance with other parameters like the operator qualification levels, random variations and environmental conditions. By accessing data in real operating conditions, you can demonstrate and document your equipment performance in the pre-validation, installation and customer operations phases.
