Because they are ready-to-use, SurroNov® products do not require any enrichment before use and there is no disruption of the intrinsic (water activity, moisture, fat/oil, pH…) or the physical properties of your product.

 Inoculate large volumes of product

SurroNov® surrogates are produced at high concentration using Novolyze’s dry technology. Therefore, any volume of product (from few kilos to several tons) can be inoculated at a minimum concentration of 107CFU/g to perform more efficient onsite validations.

 Achieve your validation objectives

SurroNov® surrogates can be inoculated at high concentrations (up to 1010 CFU/g) on a wide variety of food products allowing easy log detection. SurroNov® surrogates can be safely used in plants allowing onsite validation of your preventive controls.
